Amok's cult is a tribe-like group of Lost Ones that conquer the sewers of the ink realm, ruled by their leader who goes by the title of "Lord Amok".
Background
Members of the cult reside around the sewers of the ink realm's lower layer. Similar to most Lost Ones, they are savage, violent, and not very peaceful to those whoever is not a part of their cult, hence the cult's name deriving from the phrase "running amok". One must challenge the leader for a competition, and if the leader dies in a fight, then the former will be ranked as the new Lord Amok.
While their ideology and culture is not clearly known, they hunt Ink Widows for their legs to make use for weapons and mostly mohawk-like headsets.
Their symbol is a skull with four spider legs that represent their leader Lord Amok, drawn in ink.

Behind the scenes
Amok's followers appear in Chapter 3: The Eternal Machine of Bendy and the Dark Revival as the chapter's main enemy type. The followers, aside from their mohawks of Ink Widow legs, behave exactly like the normal Lost One variants. Despite Audrey becoming the new Lord Amok, the followers will still attack her if she revisits the sewer, although the ones who reside in Lord Amok's lair remain passive.
