Double Down Pictures
Double Down Pictures is a multimedia entertainment company led by Will Meldman, and Lineage.[1] They are currently co-producing the Bendy and the Ink Machine film alongside Radar Pictures.[2]
History
The company was founded by Will Meldman, who is now the company's CEO, in 2017 as a multimedia entertainment company. The company produced The Resort distributed by Vertical Entertainment with a theatrical release and found digitally on Apple, Amazon, Hulu, DirecTV and received critical acclaim for their short film, Tribes, which won multiple film festivals and qualified for an Oscar nomination. The company is currently developing a slate of ten comic book franchises, each rooted in the fantasy genre.[1]
On Halloween, October 31, 2024; it was revealed that Double Down Pictures was co-producing the Bendy and the Ink Machine film alongside Radar Pictures in partnership with both Radar and Joey Drew Studios Inc. Will Meldman on his Instagram stated that he was grateful to be part of the team and that this was a dream come true for everyone at Double Down.[3]
