< Edgar
"What a wonderful day." |
Edgar is a cartoon character and a member of the Butcher Gang from the Bendy cartoons by Joey Drew Studios.
Characteristics
Creation
He was created for the cartoon The Butcher Gang in 1935, along with Charley and Barley as a "necessary antagonist".[1] The identity of Edgar's original creator is uncertain, however, Joey Drew is the alleged creator of him and the rest of the trio.[2]
Physical appearance
Edgar is a spider-like creature with large lips, puffed cheeks, and a pair of small, pointed fangs. Unlike actual arachnids, he sports only six legs instead of eight. Despite being quadrupedal, he mostly uses his two front feet as arms.
