Grant Cohen was the junior accountant of Joey Drew Studios, responsible for managing the studio's finances. He continuously found himself frustrated with Joey Drew's excessive spending on various, redundant projects.
History
Working at Joey Drew Studios
Grant Cohen was hired as the junior accountant at Joey Drew Studios on an unknown date.
During this time, Grant had noticed income miraculously finding its way onto the books. He became suspicious that Gent had been privately funding the studio, expressing a severe distrust of Gent and its CEO, Alan Gray.[1]
Inky conversion
After hearing murmurings of a particularly large and expensive project—further cementing his concerns—Grant was noted to display odd behaviors. He would repeatedly move back and forth from the restroom and his office, gripping his stomach.[2]
In his office, a man—presumably Grant Cohen himself—was known writhing about, screaming hoarsely, gagging, and shattering glass, as he transforms into an ink creature and wanders off.

Personality
Grant is shown to have been a frustrated individual who worked diligently to keep up with the excessive workload Joey had bestowed upon him. Each time a new project of Joey's had cropped up, he became increasingly more cynical as to whether it would be worth the money.
