Main antagonists
Joey Drew
- Main article: Joey Drew/novel
Joey Drew is the obsessive owner of Bendy. After his studio was closed down, he joined Kismet Production Studios and created the Bendy-branded "The Joey Drew Show" television show. With this, he would have Evan create a new experimental 3-D glasses to promote the new show.
During the story of Bendy: Fade to Black Joey acts as a friendly figure towards Rose Sorenson, similar to Dreams Come to Life. His crimes were later revealed by Dot in Chapter 21 and he started to become more antagonistic moving forward. By Chapter 24 he had became the prominent threat towards Rose and her friend, and later in Chapter 31 he revealed his scheme of using his test families to test the inky world's properties.
Major antagonists
Bendy vision

Bendy is a physical manifestation of toon Bendy, and is a vision that haunts anyone who wears the 3-D glasses while looking at the television.
He is a prominent threat towards the protagonists in Bendy Fade to Black's story. First appearing in Chapter 12, Bendy appears multiple times afterwards and haunts both Ollie and Rose, eventually causing Ollie to have a breakdown.
Ink Demon

The Ink Demon is a living versions of Bendy that was created by the Ink Machine under Joey's orders. After emerging from the machine, the demon tries to kill anything he encounters, human or monster.
The Ink Demon appears in the later chapters of Bendy: Fade to Black as a major threat. He mainly pursues the protagonists in the climax of the story in Chapter 31.
Minor antagonists
Evan
- Main article: Evan
Evan is a former Gent worker who, after the company closed down, started working for Joey Drew on The Joey Drew Show. He created the 3-D glasses as he was a fan of creating new inventions.
While he was a side protagonist in the earlier chapters of Bendy: Fade to Black, after he was fired by Joey, Evan decided to steal the Ink Machine and bring the infamous Gent back into operation. He became a minor threat towards Rose, Dot, and Archie's goals before being knocked out by Archie and later killed by the Ink Demon.
Projectionist

The Projectionist is an animalistic ink creature with a projector for a head. He seems to lack intelligence, attacking anything on instinct and having a short attention span.
The Projectionist is a minor threat in the story of Bendy: Fade to Black, appearing in Chapter 29 and Chapter 30. He purses Rose and Ollie in the mentioned chapters but fails to harm them. He later appears again in Chapter 31 but he attacks the Ink Demon instead and unintentionally aids the protagonists in their escape.
Lost Ones

The Lost Ones are a humanoid group of ex-human ink creatures that where corrupted into hating anyone that isn't a part of them. Upon seeing a person, they would ruthlessly attack them until they are dead.
In Bendy: Fade to Black's story the Lost Ones appear mainly as a threat in the climax with the exception of one in Chapter 29. The first one attacks Rose but gets killed by her instead; and in the climax, the Lost Ones hide under the ink river and kill both Archie and Mike.
Ink

The ink is an unnatural material created using the Ink Machine. It was mainly used for the Sillyvision cartoons but it also appears in the inky world, being splattered across the realm.
While the ink has a prominent role in the story of Bendy: Fade to Black, it only appears as an actually threat in the climax, Chapter 32, where it consumes Archie and Mike with the help of the ink creatures.
Wilson Arch

Wilson Arch is the strange son of Nathan Arch who resides in his father's mansion, the Arch residence. He was mostly avoided by people because of his strangeness and would read about creatives and business owners.
In Bendy: Fade to Black's story Wilson is first seen in Chapter 17 through a painting. He later appears as a minor threat in Chapter 18 and confronts Rose, using the 3-D glasses on her with malicious intent before Evan interferes and saves Rose.

Stephen Papadimitriou

Stephen Papadimitriou is an executive producer at Kismet Production Studios. He is an extremely rude and disrespectful boss, who usually offends people who he sees as "awful".
Stephen, while not being an actual antagonist, acts quite antagonistic and is rude and disrespectful towards Rose and anyone else he finds to be awful.
