Main antagonists

Ink Demon

Main article Ink Demon/novel

The Ink Demon is a demonic and powerful ink creature, created from the mysterious Ink Machine. While he was left in New York City, he still managed to come to Atlantic City thanks to his special connection to the machine, now threatening anyone who resides in said city.

The Ink Demon is a major threat through the story of Bendy: The Lost Ones. Starting from Chapter 24, he became a prominent threat towards the protagonists' goals, specifically with him battling against Bill Chambers, Constance Gray, and Brant Morris in Chapter 40 and even successfully killing Bill.

Ink

Main article: Ink/novel

The ink is an unnatural organism that resides inside the Ink Machine until the machine turns on, upon which, it pours out and attacks anything that's around it. It has dangerous properties that was given to it by the machine, making it a threat to anything that's alive.

The ink is an ongoing threat in the story of Bendy: The Lost Ones, similar to Dreams Come to Life, starting from Chapter 24. It fisrt kills Brant in the coming Chapter 26; moving forward, it effects both Constance and Bill, which causes them to succumb to their inner emotions; and it still stays as a threat at the end of the story.

Joey Drew

Joey Drew is the owner of the failing Joey Drew Studios. After partnering with Gent, he had Thomas Connor invent the Ink Machine and later used it to create ink-made cartoon characters in an attempt to gain investment from politicians.

Joey was mentioned throughout story of Bendy: The Lost Ones and acts as an overarching threat to the protagonists' goals as he is the masterminds behind the Ink Machine experiments. In Chapter 31, he physically appears and later becomes a major threat, who captures both Scott and Constance to silence them since they knew too much.

Minor antagonists

Brant Morris

Main article: Brant Morris

Brant Morris is a poor resident and a journalist, who is trying to be more visible in the public eye and have a byline; following around the celebrities of Atlantic City to find a newsworthy story.

While he was one of the main protagonists of the Bendy: The Lost Ones novel, after his death to in the hands of the ink, Brant would briefly appear as a minor threat. After being reborn as a Lost One, Brant would stalk his friends, trying to get help; and would appear as a minor threat in Chapter 37: Bill.

Andrew

Main article: Andrew

Andrew is the temporary boyfriend of Constance who dated with her multiple times, carelessly and unknowingly keeping Constance away from the things she desired.

He was mostly a side protagonist, but he would become more antagonistic in Bendy: The Lost Ones's story moving forward, seen by his carelessness—and later, disrespecting atitude—towards Constance, and her friend Bill.

Emmett Chambers

Emmett Chambers is a rich politician who owns half of Atlantic City. He is a ruthless businessman that recklessly endangers people for the sake of money and investors.

While he isn't a full-on antagonist for Bendy: The Lost Ones, he acts as an obstacle towards protagonists' goals and desires, such as Constance. He also invests in Joey Drew's project, allowing the Ink Machine to get fixed.
