The mechanical Alice is presumably a creation of Bertrum Piedmont's for use in Bendy Land. It would've likely been used for performances, but never properly saw the light of day.
The animatronic was likely built for Bendy Land, and ended up being pretty close to being finished, but was never seen by the fans of Bendy.
After the adventurers
Each of the adventurers (Boris, Porter / the Lost One player and Sammy) will be able to encounter mechanical Alice during levels, likely coming after the adventurer until they lose track of them.
