The Seeing Tool is a tool that lets the user view messages, that aren't visible to the regular eye, through the glass of the object. It was discovered by Allison Angel while she was mapping out one of the upper levels of the studio.
Description
Physical appearance
It looks like a piece of glass encased in a wooden frame, with wires on the outside coming from light bulbs. The wires are connected to a battery, which has been taped on to the top of the frame. The handle has a bandage wrapped around it.
Usage
Its main usage is letting the user view hidden messages and images that wouldn't normally be visible to their eyes.
Gameplay
Bendy and the Ink Machine
- In Chapter 1: Moving Pictures, if the game was completed, the Seeing Tool will be obtained once a new game on the same save file is started.
- * In Chapter 2: The Old Song, if the game was completed, the Seeing Tool will be obtained once a new game on the same save file is started.
- * In Chapter 3: Rise and Fall, if the game was completed, the Seeing Tool will be obtained once a new game on the same save file is started.
- * In Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders, if the game was completed, the Seeing Tool will be obtained once a new game on the same save file is started.
- In Chapter 5: The Last Reel, Allison Angel gives Henry the Seeing Tool in the intro cutscene, even if it had already been obtained. Afterwards, it can be used throughout the rest of the chapter.
Bendy and the Dark Revival
The Seeing Tool, although unobtainable, reappears in the entrance to The Pit as a contraband in Chapter 4: Factory of Horrors. If Audrey were to return back to the same location in Chapter 5: The Dark Revival, the Seeing Tool and other equipment are no longer there.
Behind the scenes
The Seeing Tool first appears in the fifth chapter of Bendy and the Ink Machine. It later reappears in Bendy and the Dark Revival, though cannot be obtained.
