The Unleashed, also known as Version 1.12, is an update patch released for Boris and the Dark Survival. It was released on March 19, 2020, only 13 days after the release of The Wolf Trials update.

• More creepy enemies wander
  • New returning enemies added:
    • Piper
    • Fisher
    • Striker
• New playable character
  • Lost One - The second playable character but walks very slow.
• New discoveries
  • A second new dungeon area added. It is where the Butcher Gang enemies can be unlocked.
  • New item added: The lost paper. Collecting all 5 will unlock the ink toy from Boris' safehouse, used for unlocking new playable characters.

Undocumented changes

• Borkis' post-death jumpscare is added.
• The hidden memo is added.
