Toilets
Toilets are seats, presented as pieces of hardware found throughout the ink realm, especially in restroom areas.
Physical appearance
Its design is that of a standard toilet with a wooden lid, and filled with ink.
Gameplay
Bendy and the Ink Machine
In Bendy and the Ink Machine, interacting with the toilets will make them flush. In some chapters, the toilets were part of Henry Stein's objective tasks.[1]
- In Chapter 1: Moving Pictures, a toilet is located in the Animation Department's bathroom.
- In Chapter 2: The Old Song, a toilet is located inside Sammy Lawrence's sanctuary.
- In Chapter 3: Rise and Fall, two toilets are found in Boris' safehouse restroom. One of of the toilets contains one of the Bacon Soup cans, which can only be obtained via opening the saferoom door.
- In Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders, a load of toilets are found in a storage compartment.
- In Chapter 5: The Last Reel, a toilet is found in the hidden bathroom behind the prison at Allison Angel and Tom's safehouse. Inside the toilet's tank is the Gent Pipe.
Bendy and the Dark Revival
In Bendy and the Dark Revival, a toilet can be found in the bathroom from Audrey Drew's room, which was a part of Wilson Arch's retreat. Sitting on it and getting off will trigger a flushing sound.[2]
Bendy: Lone Wolf
In Bendy: Lone Wolf, the toilets are found in the restrooms just outside of Boris' safehouse and in the Music Department level. They have similar function to lockers and dead Boris clones. Interacting with the toilets will recover one of Emma LaMonte's dance blueprints.[3]
Behind the scenes
The toilets are some of the recurring seat objects in the Bendy series.
In Bendy and the Ink Machine, the toilets made their first introduction in the initial DLC launch of Chapter 3: Rise and Fall, while later added in Chapter 1 and 2 in the game's last remastered update to coincide with the DLC release of Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders.
In Boris and the Dark Survival, the toilets were added in the Symphony of Shadows update.
They were reintroduced in Bendy: Lone Wolf.
Development
The toilet's flushing sound is a recorded audio of Mike D's own toilet.[4]
