Wilfred Briar is the founder of the food-branding company Briar Label and a former partner of Joey Drew Studios.[1]
History
At some point, Wilfred founded the Briar Label Company.
After partnering with Joey Drew Studios, he sent a note to Joey Drew where he stated that he is glad to share the top-secret recipe of Bacon Soup while reminding Joey to keep the recipe hidden from competitors, as they would be ruined if they found out there was no beef in the soup.[1]

Personality
Wilfred Briar is a secretive, over-protective businessman who fears for the well-being of Briar Label as a whole. He is also somewhat deceptive and quite possibly morally ambiguous.[1]
