F for Effort is a syndicated comic strip published by Joey Drew Studios on January 3, 1933.

Plot

Boris tries teaching the Woolly Triplets how to be a rapscallion behind an alleyway, then sends them off to try and steal money from Ruby Goldberg’s pocket. Pig cop sees them as they do, and the triplets end up in “pokey”.
