PhatMojo
PhatMojo is the previous creator of Bendy merch, making things from Figures, to Plushies, to Slime Bottles.
While some of their figures were considered high quality, they were often criticized for stealing fan art, having bad production quality, among other things.
History
Joey Drew Studios Inc, Karman Interactive and PhatMojo entered into a legal dispute on December 20th, 2021 for a sum of $435 Million, there is not much more known about the case however due to Canadian Case Privacy.
It is speculated that this is why the Bendy Merch Store went down (for the first time) in late 2021, however nothing has been confirmed.
On June 13th, 2025, Joey Drew Studios announced that the long-standing dispute between them and PhatMojo had been amicably resolved,[1] as both parties were ready to move forward with mutual respect. Joey Drew Studios wished PhatMojo the best with their efforts of bringing merchandise to the fans of other indie brands and clarified the companies weren't working together anymore. They also thanked the Bendy community for their support.[2]
