PhatMojo is the previous creator of Bendy merch, making things from Figures, to Plushies, to Slime Bottles.
While some of their figures were considered high quality, they were often criticized for stealing Fan Art, having bad production quality, amongst other things.
PhatMojo x Joey Drew Studios / Karman Interactive Lawsuit
Joey Drew Studios, Karman Interactive and PhatMojo entered into a legal dispute on December 20th, 2021 for a sum of $435 Million, there is not much more known about the case however due to Canadian Case Privacy.
It is speculated that this is why the Bendy Merch Store went down (for the first time) in late 2021, however nothing has been confirmed.
