"SHE WAS THE FOURTH"
Jane Todd.

Jane Todd is a Lost One and a reincarnation of a Joey Drew Studios cartoon artist of the same name.

History

Origins

Not much is known about how Jane Todd became a Lost One, the only thing we know about her is that according to a recording from her real world version, she would have tried to bring Carley to life implying that she might have tried to use the Ink Machine or scraps from the studio to create a living version of Carley, but this experiment doesn't work as intended leaving the Carley's ink version as an empty shell.

Becoming her creation

After Audrey opens Carley's box, Jane Todd's dead body disappears alongside Carley's ink version. This implies that she has possessed the empty body of Carley and became her own creation.[a][1]

Notes

  1. This is further implied by The Archives as the Butcher Gang's description reads that Carley's body appears to be a shell for someone to use.
