BioShock is a series of first-person shooter games and the most influential source for the idea of the Bendy entries. Some of the most notable references include audio logs, vintage aesthetics and environment, and takes place in fallen establishments.
Doom
Samuel Hayden, a character from the 2016 reboot of Doom, is mentioned on the appointment schedule at the administration lobby in the fifth chapter of Bendy and the Ink Machine.
Portal
A heart can be seen on one of the boxes from the fourth chapter of Bendy and the Ink Machine when using the Seeing Tool. This is a reference to Companion Cubes from the Portal series.
