The dead Boris clones are corpses of the beloved cartoon character, who were murdered by Alice so she could make herself "beautiful again".
History
Fate
In Bendy and the Ink Machine: Chapter 3 - Rise and Fall, Alice Angel reveals to Henry Stein that she used the Boris corpses, along with a few others, to become “beautiful”. Every corpse has their chest cut and broken open, and Alice is later shown to be torturing a Butcher Gang member to death, which can hint at how she must’ve killed and harvested each Boris clone seen in the previous room.
