Sketches is chronologically the 1st main music track used for Bendy and the Ink Machine.

Description

The music is mostly made up of violin music in minor key, the track's first 20 seconds are playing twice, making the music 40 seconds long.

Usage

The track serves as the game's main menu theme.

A musical reminiscent to the "Sketches" track was used as an ending part for the game's "The End of All Things" track.

Behind the scenes

The "Sketches" track was composed by theMeatly. It was available on the deleted Game Jolt soundtrack and Bandcamp's Bendy and the Ink Machine: Chapter Two Soundtrack as track #1.

The track was first composed for the Chapter 1 prototype demo. In earlier versions of Bendy and the Ink Machine, including the prototype demo and the first-second remastered editions, the "Sketches" track was used for Chapter 1: Moving Pictures when Henry falls into the basement. In the final remastered update for the DLC release of Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders, the music track was replaced by "Down Where Monsters Live". Also, in the game's prototype version, the music loops infinitely for the basement scene, but upon release of both remastered updates, the music plays only once.

The music was also used for theMeatly's "7 BEHIND THE SCENES FACTS about "Bendy: Chapter Three"!" video, and for the beginning half of Chapter 1's final remastered update trailer.
