List of characters
Talking chairs & dancing chickens
The talking chairs and dancing chickens are some of the unseen anthropomorphic characters who appear in one or couple Bendy cartoons, which were estimated to be released around 1930s at the time when both character groups were voiced by the studio's voice actress Susie Campbell.[1]
The shadow
A shadowed character appears at the end of the first half of Tombstone Picnic, approaching Bendy who then smiles nervously when seeing the figure. Only their shadow is seen, and the character bears some vague human shape with a circular head and no visible arms.
The Tombstone Picnic is then suddenly interrupted after the shadow shows up, leaving the identity of the character unresolved until was later revealed that the shadowed character was in fact, Henry Stein.[2]
Rosemary
Rosemary is a name of a baby who appears in Rosemary's Babysitter, where Bendy is hired to babysit her. As seen from her poster and the short cartoon clip, she stays inside her stroller and her appearance is never seen.
Grinning shark
The grinning shark appears in Floating Demon as a presumed antagonist. His existence was hinted in the cartoon poster.
The sharks also appear in the dime store-era comic To the Moon.
Sheep flock
A flock of sheep appears in the Black Sheep cartoon. From the cartoon's poster, Bendy painted one of them black and paint the face with a grin to resemble Bendy.
A trio characters of the same species, the Woolly Triplets, appeared in the comic strips from the early 30s era.
Seagull
The seagull appears in the storyboard for one of Arch Gate Picture's Bendy cartoons.
The seagulls also appear in the Bendy comics including To the Moon and The Devil's Treasure.
Bee
The bee appears in several frames of the unidentified Bendy cartoon, where the bee flies after Bendy after picking up the flower.
The bees also briefly appear in the dime store-era comic To the Moon.

I know it's been a long time, and sorry if you've been asked this before, but was the ending of the Tombstone Picnic ever animated by you, or was the short designed to have no ending to begin with? If so, do you know what the ending was supposed to be in-universe? Was that character Bendy meets someone specific, or was it just a general idea that Bendy sees someone's shadow, the end?". Tumblr.
