The Rose Club, or just Rose Club, is a joint and a high-end fancy bar located on the Boardwalk of Atlantic City. It is a place where usually rich people go to talk and dance.
History
Early life
The Rose Club was established at the Boardwalk of Atlantic City as a joint, with the location being a fancy bar that also served as a night club.
The blackout
During a day in the fall of 1946, Emmett Chambers took his quests from New York and his son, Bill, to The Rose Club to talk about the investments. Bill felt miserable in this place, and the chorus girls from the Diamond Lounge theater arrived at the bar as well. One of these was Constance Gray, who had met Andrew and reluctantly danced with him. During this time, both Brant Morris, through Michael, attended to the bar as a waiter so that he could find Bill. When the lights went out, causing panic in the drunken environment, Bill went to fix the fuse box and had Brant follow him to the location; when they found the fuse box, Bill quickly fixed the system and had the lights turn back on. While Bill and Brant was talking Scott of Gent—who had been called by the maitre d' of the establishment—arrived and checked the fuse box as well, claimed it was just the system and felt afterwards.
Legacy
The Rose Club was a bar were people drank, socialized, and danced. Trying to distract themselves from the reality of their tomorrow to have fun and be merry once in a while.
