The wrench's appearance is based on a common, double sided spanner-style wrench. It is a light color, and has a handle with crescent-shaped ends. Marks on the wrench imply that it is made of metal.

Boris and the Dark Survival
The wrench is one of the randomly generated supplies that Boris the Wolf needs to collect before he heads to the next level.
Behind the scenes
The wrench is a quest item that appears in Chapter 1: Moving Pictures of Bendy and the Ink Machine, as well as in Boris and the Dark Survival and the Bendy and the Dark Revival prologue. The wrench also appeared in Bendy in Nightmare Run as one of the medium weapons, but unlike the usual kind of wrench in the main Bendy series, in terms of design, it resembles a diamond wrench as opposed to a crescent wrench.
Development
From the earlier versions of Bendy and the Ink Machine until the DLC release of Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders, the wrench's location was randomized:
- Henry's desk room - Leaning against the wall in front of Bendy's cutout.
From the first teaser image for Chapter 3: Rise and Fall, Buddy Boris is holding the wrench, but he does not hold it at any point in-game.
