List of secrets

Chapter 1: Moving Pictures

  • Behind the Old Studio's entrance/exit door is an empty room that contains no textures other than a single floor texture.
  • The Ink Machine's back area, including the tank's tape that reads "INK", was never seen normally in the game.
  • There is an untextured flat square, known as the trigger quad, appear floating in front of the Ink Machine at its room. Although normally invisible, it was used for triggering the Ink Demon's encounter cutscene.[1]
  • In the Lunch Room, there is a stair halls behind the blocked entrance. The stairs lead to a short corridor-like dead end with Sinny's cutout.
  • The ink tunnel in this chapter still exists, however when going into the light, it doesn't teleport the player because there's no Bendy statue in this chapter.

Chapter 2: The Old Song

  • At the Music Department's entrance seen from the Unity Shaft 9's exit hallway, when Sammy walks to the Bendy cutout after walking out of the player's view, he simply despawns.
  • When Sammy knocks out Henry, Sammy is not there but spawns as soon as Henry drops to the floor.
    • Also, when Sammy's ritual plan cutscene starts, this Sammy model variant stays in place for the rest of the chapter.
      • His head always follows Henry, so if he's behind Sammy, his head will turn around and his neck will become somewhat glitched.
  • At the start of the chapter, Sammy in the Sacrifice Room is seen standing there in an A-pose and only starts moving when his cutscene triggers.
  • When Sammy enters the small office room at the Sacrifice Room, Sammy will be stuck there while his walking animation loops infinitely.
  • In the Sacrifice Room's exit hallway, there is an upper inaccessible room. It leads to a corridor that ends with Sinny's cutout, which was surrounded by a couple of Bendy statue heads, a Bendy doll, some bowls and candles.
    • Also, when clipping through the floor, it is revealed that the two Bendy stone head models are actually full statues.
  • At the starting point of the corridor maze, there was a sphere of ink texture floating above the room.
  • When the cutscene starts at the end of the chapter, Boris is there at the dead-end hallway but does not have an animation to kick the Bacon Soup can, so instead, the soup can rolled by itself.
    • An ink portal is seen behind Boris.
  • The ink tunnel, where Henry spawns after dying, can be found far away above from the map. It is also seen in the maps for the other four chapters.

Chapter 3: Rise and Fall

  • Boris' face texture map for the eye area appears to have uneven brush strokes, which were covered up by the snout. Tom's face texture map also has the same brush strokes due to reusing the same art asset as Boris.
  • Inside the Ink Demon's model is what appears to be a spine of five untextured square-shaped prisms. It was clarified by theMeatly that the spine is an animation bone used for twisting around to make the demon move but was accidentally left rendered by the time when the game's last remastered update for the fourth chapter's DLC version was released.[1]
  • At the end of the Dark Hallway, when Boris fully crawls through the vents out of sight, he freezes in place and then finally disappears when the next objective task pop-up is triggered.
  • In the torture room of Alice Angel's lair, Alice Angel's control panel has a unique texture that was not normally seen in the game.
  • When Alice resumes torturing the Piper after closing the window, even though the sound of the Piper suffering is normally heard, both characters' animations remain unchanged.
  • In the Ink Water Station's lunch room, there is a closed gates where the Projectionist supposedly goes through. Behind the gates is a long staircase leading down to the dead-end room with Sinny's cutout.

Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders

  • There is a hidden cave room with a Sinny cutout and a crying Lost One along with a bunch of candles and dismembered pieces of the Alice Angel and Boris dolls. To access it, the player has to go through the large pipe above the Abyss's entrance and clip through the rocky debris; the room is found right above the Archives' second room.
  • After the Ink Demon's vent jumpscare, he walks to the side of the room and disappears instead of walking through a portal made of ink like he normally does.
  • At the part of the vents where the Ink Demon's jumpscare takes place, the area can be accessed after clipping through the vent door. To the right-hand side is the hallway which leads to a Sinny cutout.
  • Outside of the Maintenance location is a single wooden platform texture; the Projectionist's landing point. The Projectionist disappeared when the player pulls the power lever only to suddenly appear again later on, so instead of removing him and needing to reload him, he was teleported to that platform outside of the map until he was needed again.[1]
  • When taking the Maintenance's first stairs after pulling the power lever, the Projectionist spawns at the area next to the crate of ink hearts and facing the opposite direction before rotating around.
  • When the Ink Demon is pulling the Projectionist's corpse to the Maintenance's hallway entrance, before making it to the part where the demon was supposed to teleport out of the area, both the Ink Demon and The Projectionist disappear while a long trail of ink takes their place.

Chapter 5: The Last Reel

  • From the exit hallway outside of Allison and Tom's safehouse, there is a barricaded area. Clipping through it leads to a dark tunnel without ink, with a door at the end that leads to out of the map. theMeatly has explained that the unseen hallway was originally added for Allison and Tom to go through where they cannot walk through ink, based on Allison's words that ink consumes them if they stay in ink for too long. In the final version of the game, a different path was added while the old hallway was left barricaded.[1]
  • At the Ink River, when clipping underneath the river, the Giant Bendy Hand does not disappear after taking Allison and Tom's barge down to the Ink River and stays there for the rest of the chapter. The hand's animation for the cutscene ends with an idling loop that was never seen in normal gameplay.
  • At the Lost Harbor before Sammy's boss fight, Sammy is standing behind the wooden boards in his idle animation and only starts breaking the boards when Henry approached his hideout.
  • Before Tom appears during Sammy's post-boss fight cutscene, he spawns underneath the ground and then rises up.
  • In the administration offices' room where the scythe can be found, clipping through the broken wall reveals Sinny's cutout and a lit candle in a cave-like area.
  • In the Giant Ink Machine lair's throne room, during the cutscene, the Ink Demon behind the chair is standing on thin air. When the demon transforms into Beast Bendy, the former clips through the floor while his current form emerges.
    • The Ink Demon's transformation animation, after Beast Bendy comes up, has an ending part not meant to be seen in normal gameplay; the Ink Demon stands there while his body makes a brief shaky movement before quickly disappearing out of the map.
    • Beast Bendy also has an unseen animation before his regular form sinks down; his fingers can be seen slowly curling out while his horns were spread out.
  • In Joey Drew's apartment, the Old Studio's entrance of the Cycle seen when opening the door is an mp4 file displayed outside of the map as a pre-rendered cutscene.
  • The outer part of the door in Joey's apartment is a regular studio door.

Chapter ?: The Archives

  • Sinny's cutout is found at the wall behind the archive museum's introduction description. However, it does not play the sound it normally makes, likely due to his cutout being so close to the actual area.
  • The teeth for Concept Bendy's model uses his maw texture map for the right side of his mouth, while the left side's teeth uses his face texture map.
